White label web design Thailand: websites with PromptPay, PayPal and LINE for agencies

White label web design for agencies and freelancers in Thailand: your clients ask for a website of their own, but your team mainly looks after Facebook pages, ads and LINE channels? Then start offering website design under your own name. Your agency remains the client's main point of contact, while INFOMATCH builds the website in the background – mobile-friendly, multilingual in Thai, English and German, with LINE requests, PromptPay payment and, on request, PayPal for international guests. This way advertising agencies, social media agencies and freelancers add web design to their services without building their own development team.

What is white label web design for agencies in Thailand?

White label web design means that a partner builds websites which an agency sells to its clients under its own name. For agencies and freelancers in Thailand, INFOMATCH handles the technical side of business websites: LINE contact links, PromptPay payment for guests with a Thai banking app, PayPal for international guests on request, and language versions in Thai, English and German.

Your agency keeps the client relationship and provides the Thai texts or reviews them. Billing takes place between INFOMATCH and your agency. We work together online by email and LINE, in English, German or Thai with translation support. The initial consultation is free.

Your clients ask for a website? Offer web design under your own name

Many agencies and freelancers in Thailand manage Facebook pages, ads, Instagram and LINE channels for their clients. Sooner or later the question comes: can you also build us a proper website? With offers, prices, online requests and payment via PromptPay?

If your team cannot deliver the website itself, you may have to decline the project or refer the client to another agency. A white label partner gives you another option: your agency accepts the project, INFOMATCH builds the website in the background, and you remain the client's main point of contact.

This is also called outsourcing web development: the agency hands the technical work to a specialised partner and focuses on consulting, marketing and client care. The partner works like a web design subcontractor but does not appear in front of the client.

Why clients in Thailand are now asking for their own website

Many small businesses in Thailand only have a Facebook page. That works for news and contact, but it has limits for bookings and payments: prices get lost in the feed, guests ask the same questions again and again in chat, and bank details are sent one by one. This is where a website of their own comes in.

A business website shows offers, prices, opening hours and directions in one fixed place, under its own web address. Its content can be found on Google, also by guests who do not know the business yet. On top of that come two things that are part of everyday life in Thailand: LINE, which is widely used for business contacts too, and paying by PromptPay QR code with a banking app.

For agencies, this is an opportunity. If you already look after your clients on Facebook, ads and LINE, you know their offers, target groups and images. The website is the logical next step, and with white label web design your agency can take that step without writing code.

Multilingual for tourists and expats

Thai, English and German on request, for businesses with international guests and for foreign owners.

How the white label partnership with agencies works

The tasks are clearly divided. Your agency takes care of the client, we take care of the website technology.

Task Your agency INFOMATCH
Client contact contact person for your client, under your own name works in the background, only with your agency
Content collects the client's offers, prices, images, logo and wishes structure and layout of the website
Thai texts provides the Thai texts or reviews them implements the texts technically in all language versions
Implementation gives feedback and approves the website builds the website, sets up PromptPay and LINE
Billing receives the invoice from INFOMATCH invoices your agency, not your client
Hosting and maintenance decides together with the client takes care of hosting and maintenance on request

White label partner, in-house developers or referral: the comparison

The following comparison shows three common ways agencies can handle website requests from their clients:

Feature White label partner In-house developers Refer the client
Client stays with your agency yes yes not certain
Own development team needed no yes no
Brand shown to the client your name your name someone else's name
Effort for your agency client contact, content, Thai texts staff, technology, training low, but no project of your own

Website design for agencies: services for your clients

We discuss which building blocks a client project needs with your agency, project by project. These building blocks are possible:

Mobile-friendly website

Easy to use on a smartphone: your client's offers, prices, opening hours and directions in one fixed place.

PromptPay payment

Fixed PromptPay QR codes for each price, or a shop connected to a supported payment provider. Automatic payment matching requires an approved merchant account of the client and a suitable technical connection.

PayPal for international guests

PayPal buttons for each offer, for guests whose banking or payment app does not support the business's QR code. This requires a PayPal business account of the client.

LINE buttons

Buttons for contact, booking requests and payment slips. LINE contact links take guests to your client's LINE contact.

Thai, English and German

On request, every page in three languages with a language switcher. For Thai guests, tourists and expats.

Hosting and domain

We take care of hosting and domain, or your agency or your client books both directly.

Maintenance on request

On request, we handle updates, security and small changes on an ongoing basis, so your clients' websites stay up to date.

Demo: how offers with PromptPay QR codes look on your client's website

At the heart of many client websites is a simple overview of offers: each offer has a fixed price, for example 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 baht, and its own PromptPay QR code with exactly that amount. The guest first sends a request via LINE, the business confirms date and price, then the guest scans the QR code with their banking app and sends the payment slip via LINE. The business confirms the booking after checking that the payment has arrived.

If the guest opens the website on the same smartphone as their banking app, they need a way to load the saved QR code into the app. Whether this is possible depends on the app they use. Alternatively, they can scan the QR code from a second screen.

For businesses with a few fixed prices, this is the simplest solution: no shop, no payment provider connection, and the business creates the QR codes in its banking app. For international guests, a PayPal button with the same price can be added on request.

Demo – sample offers, placeholder QR codes and buttons, no real payment

Example: Massage 60 minutes

Full body massage, appointment by arrangement.

1,000baht
Check availability via LINE Placeholder for a PromptPay QR code for 1,000 baht Save QR code Pay with PayPal Send payment slip via LINE

Example: Cooking class

Half-day class with market visit, small group.

2,000baht
Check availability via LINE Placeholder for a PromptPay QR code for 2,000 baht Save QR code Pay with PayPal Send payment slip via LINE

Example: Day tour

Full-day trip with pick-up from your accommodation.

3,000baht
Check availability via LINE Placeholder for a PromptPay QR code for 3,000 baht Save QR code Pay with PayPal Send payment slip via LINE

On the finished website, this area shows your client's real offers, prices and PromptPay QR codes. The LINE buttons lead to the client's LINE contact, the QR code can be saved, and the optional PayPal button opens the payment method that has been set up.

PromptPay on client websites: two solutions for your agency

PromptPay is a real-time payment infrastructure in Thailand. Guests pay by scanning a PromptPay QR code with a supported banking app. For your clients' websites there are two options, depending on how many offers and prices the business has:

Feature Fixed PromptPay QR codes Shop connected to a payment provider
Suitable for a few fixed prices, such as massages, classes, tours, vouchers many products or changing orders
How it works one QR code with a fixed amount per price; the guest sends the payment slip via LINE each order gets its own payment code; with the connection set up, the payment is matched to the order automatically
Requirement for the client PromptPay for the business account approved merchant account with a supported payment provider and a suitable technical connection
Effort low higher, but less manual work with many orders
Fees no payment provider fees; check the bank's conditions possible payment provider fees, shown separately in our quote

With fixed QR codes, we recommend a clear process to your clients: the guest first sends a request via LINE, the business confirms date and price, then the guest pays. The business confirms the booking after checking that the payment has arrived.

An English or German website helps international guests understand the offers. Whether they can pay with PromptPay depends on their bank or payment app. For international guests, we can add PayPal as an additional payment method on request, provided the business has a PayPal business account enabled for this.

PayPal for international guests: payments from tourists and customers abroad

Many of your agency's clients want to do business with foreign guests: tourists, expats and customers from all over the world, whether from Europe, America, Asia, Australia or Africa. Some international guests do not have a banking or payment app that supports the business's QR code. An additional payment method such as PayPal, which is widely used in many countries around the world, is therefore useful. That is why, on request, we add PayPal as a second payment method, for example as a PayPal button next to each offer.

Feature PromptPay PayPal
Suitable for guests with a Thai banking app international guests, tourists, customers abroad
How the guest pays scans the QR code with the banking app with their PayPal account, via a PayPal button on the website
Requirement for the business PromptPay for the business account PayPal business account with receiving payments enabled
Fees check the bank's conditions PayPal charges fees; check the conditions with PayPal

What the business needs for PayPal

For our PayPal integration, the business needs a suitable PayPal business account with receiving payments enabled. Which registration, identity verification and documents are required is clarified by the client directly with PayPal Thailand before setup. We set up the integration as soon as the account and the required payment feature are enabled.

Multilingual websites in Thai, English and German

Many businesses in Thailand have international guests, or the owner speaks English or German. A multilingual website reaches both groups. To make this work well for Google and for visitors, we set up the language versions like this:

  • Separate address for each language: each language version gets its own URL, so Google can find it individually.
  • Language signals for Google: with hreflang tags, Google recognises which pages belong together and can show searchers the right language.
  • Language switcher: visitors switch between Thai, English and German with one tap.
  • Thai font and line spacing: Thai has vowel and tone marks above and below the line. We adjust font and line spacing so nothing overlaps.
  • Review by native speakers: your agency reviews the Thai texts before approval.

More about our approach to translations is on our page Mehrsprachigkeit und Übersetzungsnetzwerk (in German).

Visible on Google and in AI search

We structure your clients' websites so that visitors can clearly find offers, prices, location, opening hours and contact options. We agree service descriptions and answers to common questions with your agency. Factual information must be up to date and verifiable. Clear content supports visibility in search engines and can serve as a source for AI answers. We cannot guarantee inclusion or citation in AI answers.

If you want to learn more about visibility in AI search engines, see our page GEO – Sichtbarkeit in KI-Suchmaschinen (in German).

Which of your agency's clients is this for?

Especially for small and medium-sized businesses in Thailand that sell appointments, classes or fixed offers and today work mainly through Facebook and LINE. This applies to clients in Bangkok as well as in tourist regions, for example:

  • Massage and spa studios, beauty salons and hairdressers
  • Cooking classes, language schools, yoga and Muay Thai
  • Tours, day trips and boat tours
  • Restaurants and cafés with pre-orders or vouchers
  • Workshops, trades and service providers with fixed package prices
  • Businesses with foreign owners who need a website in English or German

Typical cases: when white label web design pays off for agencies

A foreign client asks their Thai freelancer. The freelancer looks after the client's Facebook page. The client wants a website of their own with PromptPay and asks whether the freelancer can offer that in the future. The freelancer asks their agency for support, and the agency offers the website through us.

A freelancer asks a colleague. The colleague speaks better English. Both read this page in Thai and English and decide together whether to add websites to their services.

A social media agency wants to grow. It has many clients with a Facebook page but no website. With white label web design, it offers these clients a suitable website.

Selling websites to your clients: arguments for the conversation

Your clients know Facebook, but not necessarily the benefits of a website of their own. These points help your agency explain the offer simply:

  • Fewer questions in chat: offers, prices and opening hours are on the website instead of being explained again in every chat.
  • Being found: the content of a website of their own can be found on Google, also by new guests.
  • Clear booking path: choose an offer, send a request via LINE, pay via PromptPay.
  • Own web address: the website runs under the business's domain and complements the Facebook page.
  • International guests: with English and German, the business also reaches tourists and expats, and with PayPal these guests can pay directly.

Website packages for your clients: examples

How your agency bundles and names the websites is up to you. These combinations of our building blocks show what is possible:

Starter

Compact website with offers, prices, opening hours, directions, LINE buttons and fixed PromptPay QR codes.

Multilingual

The same building blocks in Thai, English and German, with a language switcher, language signals for Google and PayPal for international guests.

Shop

Website with a small shop connected to a supported payment provider for automatic payment matching.

Hosting, domain and maintenance can be added to any package. The cost of a specific package is stated in the written quote for your agency.

What your agency provides for a client project

The better prepared the materials are, the sooner the website can go live. For a client project, we need the following from your agency:

  • Offers and prices of the client, as they should appear on the website
  • Texts in Thai, and on request in English or German, or bullet points from which we prepare texts that your agency then reviews
  • Logo and images of the business
  • Contact details: LINE contact, phone, address and opening hours
  • Payment solution: fixed PromptPay QR codes from the client's banking app or a merchant account with a supported payment provider. If PayPal is included in the agreed scope, the client also needs a suitable PayPal business account with receiving payments enabled.
  • Preferred domain and the decision on who takes care of hosting and domain

White label web design Thailand: how a project works

Before the project starts, we agree on the scope of work, delivery date, feedback rounds and how additional requests are handled. We also clarify who manages domain and hosting, which access details are handed over, and how confidentiality and your agency's branding are arranged.

  1. Free initial consultation

Your agency contacts us via LINE or email. We clarify what the partnership can look like.

  2. Discuss the client project

You describe your client's project: industry, offers, languages and the desired payment solution.

  3. Written quote to your agency

You receive a written quote with the scope of work. We only start once you agree.

  4. Implementation in the background

We build the website, set up PromptPay and LINE and implement the language versions. Your agency provides content and Thai texts or supplies bullet points from which we prepare draft texts. Your agency reviews the Thai texts before approval.

  5. Approval by your agency

You review the website and show it to your client. After approval, it goes live.

  6. Maintenance on request

On request, we then take care of updates, security and changes.

We work completely online from Europe. We communicate by email and LINE. You can write to us in English, German or Thai; we reply in English or German, and in Thai with the help of a translation tool. Whether your agency is based in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya or on Koh Samui makes no difference.

Frequently asked questions about white label web design for agencies in Thailand

What does white label web design mean?

With white label web design, a partner builds websites that an agency sells to its clients under its own name. The agency keeps the client relationship, while the partner handles the technical work in the background.

What is the difference between a white label partner and a subcontractor?

Both take over part of the work on behalf of an agency. With white label web design, the agency also delivers the result to its clients under its own name, and the partner does not appear in front of the client.

Does INFOMATCH contact my clients directly?

No. We do not contact your clients directly. Your agency appears to your clients under its own name and remains their main point of contact. We work in the background and coordinate only with your agency.

Can my agency outsource web design without its own developers?

Yes. That is exactly what white label web design is for: your agency offers website design, and INFOMATCH handles the technical implementation. Your agency provides content, Thai texts and feedback.

What is the difference between a web design reseller and white label?

Both terms describe an agency selling a partner's websites to its clients. With white label web design, the focus is on the agency appearing under its own name while the partner stays in the background.

Who provides the Thai texts?

Your agency provides the Thai texts or reviews them. We implement the texts technically in all language versions of the website.

How does billing work?

Billing takes place between INFOMATCH and your agency, not with your client. For each project you receive a written quote in advance.

How much does white label web design cost?

That depends on the scope of the client project: the number of pages, language versions and whether fixed PromptPay QR codes or a shop connected to a payment provider is needed. After the free initial consultation, your agency receives a written quote. In the quote, we separate the one-time website build from possible ongoing costs for hosting, domain and maintenance. Possible payment provider fees are shown separately.

Can freelancers also work with INFOMATCH?

Yes. In addition to advertising and social media agencies, freelancers in Thailand who manage Facebook pages or ads for clients can also offer websites through us.

Which websites can you build for my clients?

Mobile-friendly websites for businesses and service providers in Thailand, with offers and prices, LINE buttons for contact and booking requests, PromptPay payment and, on request, language versions in Thai, English and German.

What does my client need for PromptPay on the website?

For fixed PromptPay QR codes, PromptPay for the business account is enough. For a shop with automatic payment matching, the client needs an approved merchant account with a supported payment provider and a suitable technical connection.

Can international guests pay with PayPal?

Yes, on request we add PayPal as a second payment method, for example as a PayPal button next to each offer. This is meant for tourists, expats and customers abroad, especially guests without a banking or payment app that supports the business's QR code. The business needs a PayPal business account with receiving payments enabled.

What does my client need for PayPal on the website?

A suitable PayPal business account with receiving payments enabled. Which registration, identity verification and documents are required is clarified by the client directly with PayPal Thailand before setup. We set up the integration as soon as the account and the required payment feature are enabled.

What does my agency need to prepare for a project?

The client's offers and prices, texts in Thai or bullet points for them, logo and images, contact details including the LINE contact, and the desired payment solution. You also clarify who takes care of hosting and domain.

In which language does the partnership run?

We communicate with your agency by email and LINE. You can write to us in English, German or Thai. We reply in English or German, and in Thai with the help of a translation tool.

How do I explain to my client why they need a website?

A website complements the Facebook page: offers, prices and opening hours are in one fixed place, the content can be found on Google, and the booking path is clear, with a request via LINE and payment via PromptPay. With English and German, the business also reaches international guests.

Can Thai-language websites be found on Google?

Yes, the content of a Thai website can be found on Google. With multilingual websites, each language version gets its own address and hreflang tags, so Google can show the right language. Nobody can guarantee a specific ranking.

Does my client need a LINE account for the website?

Yes, for the LINE buttons the business needs a LINE contact, for example a personal LINE ID or a LINE account for businesses. The buttons on the website then take guests to this contact.

Where does my agency need to be based to work with INFOMATCH?

It makes no difference. We communicate online by email and LINE, whether your agency is based in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya or anywhere else in Thailand.

Does INFOMATCH work on site in Thailand?

No. We work online from Europe. Your agency keeps the on-site contact with your clients.

Who takes care of hosting and maintenance?

You decide together with your client: we take care of hosting, domain and maintenance on request, or your agency or your client books hosting and domain directly.

How do I start the partnership?

Tell us via LINE or email which clients your agency looks after and which websites are in demand. In the free initial consultation, we clarify the partnership, and afterwards you receive a written quote for each project.
